wow. thanks to Kuhn for enlightening me last night about this dude. all I know about S. Maharba is that he is both a producer and illustrator, from Ipswich, Suffolk, and that he creates Dirt by the TON. I've heard a lot of beat tapes over the past couple years, and these are hands down two of the best i've encountered yet. Both She and S. Maharba were released in March and October of last year, respectively, but didn't receive the proper attention they deserved, from what I can tell. Heavy drums, thick textures, and beautiful samples. If you haven't already, download both of these free releases... if you're like me it will make your day.
